PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE TERMS

Due To New Money Laundering Regulations (MLR) by

HM Revenue and Customs we have a Company Policy to

accept No more than £5,000 in Cash for the purchase of a

Vehicle from Elite Car Co.

Payments advised and accepted by Elite Car Co. are:-

• 1. BACS Money transfers from UK Bank

• 2. UK Bankers Draft of Building Society Cheques

• 3. Most Major Credit Cards up to £1,000 and thereafter 3% credit surcharge on top of balance due

• 4. Debit / Switch Card from UK Bank

We can take Cash up to £5,000  maximum, but we prefer one of the above payment terms in section 1 - 4

We reserve the right to ask for personal ID for proof of Identity at time of purchase i.e Passport / Driving Licence
